client-portal

For existing clients

Welcome back. Your secure portal is ready.

Everything we do together lives in your secure client portal — your documents, organizers, invoices, proposals, engagement letters, e-signatures, and messages, all in one place.

What the portal is for

One place for everything in the relationship.

The client portal is the system of record. Here’s what lives there.

Documents & organizers

Securely upload and complete what we request.

Proposals & engagement letters

Review and accept your scope and terms.

E-signature

Sign engagement letters and forms.

Invoices & billing

View invoices and manage monthly autopay.

Messages

Talk with your TFS team in writing, on the record.

Package workflow

Checklists and recurring deliverables for your tier.

Channel boundaries

Client portal vs SMS vs video.

A plain rule for each channel, so the safe path is never ambiguous.

Channel Use it for Not for
Client portal Everything: documents, organizers, proposals, engagement letters, e-sign, invoices, messages, package workflow
SMS text(if used) Quick logistical nudges — “your organizer is ready,” “we replied in the portal” Complex tax questions or advice — those go in portal messages
Video meetings Internal TFS collaboration only Client collaboration — it is not a client channel
Public website Learning about TFS; scheduling a fit conversation (new prospects) Submitting any tax documents or sensitive information

The rule in one sentence

If it’s part of your engagement, it belongs in the client portal. Text is for quick logistics only; video meetings are for our internal team; the public website is never for your tax documents.

A few clear rules

Please don’t…

These rules protect you — they keep your information secure and your whole relationship in one place.

  • submit tax documents or sensitive information through public website forms
  • send SSNs, EINs, returns, notices, bank or payroll records, or trust/estate documents by email or text
  • use text messages for complex tax questions — those belong in portal messages, on the record
  • expect to reach your TFS team through our internal video tools — it’s for our internal collaboration only

When in doubt, use the portal. It keeps your information secure and your whole relationship in one place.

Not a client yet?

The portal is for existing clients.

If you’re exploring whether TFS is right for you, start with a fit conversation — no documents, no commitment.
